I’ve been looking to buy a windmill for a long time, but just haven’t found the “ right” one until now. I ordered the 10’ one and it arrived within a week of ordering. Assembly was a breeze as instructions are very clear. I was able to assemble it by myself. I like that it is made in the USA 🇺🇸. Another unique feature about this windmill is that it turns counterclockwise which is what the old vintage windmills do. All others I looked at turn clockwise.
The only thing needed that isn’t included is a grease gun.
It’s super light so it was easy to move it to different areas of the yard finding the perfect spot. While being super light, it is VERY STURDY.
One thing I did do that was “off script” was not bury the legs. Instead, I drilled a hole in the plates at the bottom of the legs and attached them to 2 ft. rebars hammered into the ground to secure it.
I’m delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend it.
